Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping
options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
1.) Cartage and Unloading will be extra as per actual.
2.) Standard delivery tile for GURUGRAM orders are 3-4 working days. And for outstation orders it may take 1-2 weeks. Incase some item is not available in stock at the time of placing the order then our sales executive will inform you in prior about the delivery timeline for the same. MyTyles will not be liable of any financial compensation claims in case of late delivery of the products. Orders placed after mid-day are processed the next working day.
3.) We will ship the order to the shipping address mentioned by you while placing the order. If you want to change the shipping address, then you have to inform us regarding the same. We reserve full rights to accept / reject the change request.
4.) ASHOKA SANITATION will not be responsible for any transit damage to the product. Damage of 1- 2% for vitrified tiles and 2-4% for ceramic tiles is normal, which can be managed while cutting and laying. So request you to check the material at the time of delivery .
5.) If there is any problem in Material availability, Ur deposited amount will be transferred into ur bank.
6. ) Labor charges for loading from warehouse are included in the amount you have paid. Only customerp needs to pay the unloading charges additionally from there end.
7. )If you require additional labour for handling the order then you have to intimate your requirement to us. You have to bear the labor charges.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed during the weekend or on a
public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next
business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to
modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but
we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched,
we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be
able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
